Kate specializes in global leadership development, communications, and diverse teams. Through her training, consulting and coaching, Kate has helped individuals at all organizational levels—from staff to senior executives—to increase their effectiveness, reduce miscommunication, and build stronger working relationships.

Kate's work has spanned a dozen countries and involved working with individuals from over 35 nations. Her strategies for effective global leadership and communication have been the subject of media worldwide, including CNN's Business Traveler and the Gulf News. She is the co-author of Putting Diversity to Work and holds a distinguished Masters in Intercultural Communication.
