
The
Leader Program
A
comprehensive half-year program for senior level executives to create sustainable
change in their leadership development. The program revolves around one candidate,
but involves many stakeholders. Both the individual and the organization are fully
engaged in the process and committed to its outcomes.
This
program begins and ends with 360 degree measurements. The candidate receives six
months of face-to-face and telephone coaching and one mini-survey follow-up measurement.
Coach conducts up to 6 interviews with key stakeholders and provides a report
of the results. Coach conducts telephone "check-in" with key stakeholders.
Coach provides an end-of-project summary.

The Bridge Program
A
quarter-year program for mid-level executives to initiate their high-level leadership
development. The program builds awareness of candidates' leadership strengths
and development areas and creates a development plan for their ongoing development.
This
program begins with a 360 degree feedback measurement. The candidate receives
3 months of coaching. 3 face-to-face two hour coaching sessions, 1 hour phone
conferences, weekly for the first month and bi-weekly thereafter through month
three and 1 mini-survey follow-up measurement. Coach conducts "check-in"
with up to 3 key stakeholders.

The Focus Program
A
short program designed for candidates at any level in the organization. Through
an initial needs assessment and use of development tools such as 360s, next steps
in a candidates' development are established and translated into a development
action plan.
This program begins with a mini-measurement
survey. The candidate receives a 2 hour initial face-to-face coaching session
to review results and select area(s) of development. On-the-spot coaching, a development
action plan, and 2 hours of phone follow-up coaching and future development recommendations
are provided.

The Talent Accelerator Program
This program makes use
of the Talent Accelerator tool in conjunction with 360 degree measurements. The
candidate receives six one-on-one telephone coaching sessions, one in-person
coaching/evaluation session, and a year-long subscription to the Talent
Accelerator.
The Talent Accelerator is a comprehensive web-based personal and
professional development tool that helps candidates understand their opportunity
areas and assists them in implementing a plan for their professional development. The
tool includes a continuously updated competency-based resource library
(articles, websites, research, pod-casts), a planning "wizard" for
assessment interpretation, feedback reports, automated reminders on development
plans, and a developmental journal.
