The ESP Learning Tools

You will have access to one of the most effective ways to be seen as a leader, a strategic thinker and to never be left in the shadows again!

The backbone of the Executive Success Principles® is the training program, consisting of the ESP Audio Series CD and the ESP Learning Guide.  Individuals listen to the audio segment for each Principle, then go to work in the Learning Guide, practicing specific skills, and planning the use of each skill in targeted, real life/real time situations.  Learning takes place inside the book, and is then applied immediately in the “laboratory” of the learner’s organization.

The ESP Learning Tool stands out with its personal consulting time.  A McClarie Group Coach is assigned to each learner, launching the process with a 45 minute telephone consulting session to start the learner on their path.  Upon completion of the program, another 45 minute session will wrap-up the learning, and transition the client into strategic application for his or her own organization.

The ESP program includes the following:
